Access to survey data

As the programme of mental health surveys in Great Britain was commissioned, the data files relating to all surveys have been archived at the UK Data Archive and are publically available. However, it should be recognised that the data deposited with the archive have been anonymised to retain confidentiality. In addition some raw data (relating to specific questions in the questionnaire) will not be presented as such but in aggregated categories, again to avoid disclosure.

To request access to the data, please follow the acquisition link in the UK Data Archive (UKDA) website

http://www.data-archive.ac.uk/about/contacts.asp

Because of the complexity of the dataset, it is recommended that academic journal articles produced from secondary analysis are cleared with one of the original data collection or analysis team.

All archived survey data are non-identifiable and non-disclosive.
